Missed appointments and late Cancellation policy.

We aim to provide appointments at your earliest convenience and respectfully require 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your session. We operate a waiting list for patients needing urgent treatment and we always make every effort to find an appointment for our patients at short notice so please consider this when informing us of moving or cancelling your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late or fail to attend all together, you will receive a charge of £20 to be paid before another appointment can be made.
We understand that things crop up and that accidents happen, children fall sick and cars break down! We will always consider the circumstances of a missed appointment when considering applying a fee. Our priority is to always try to fill these cancelled spaces for patients that are on our waiting list so they can be seen as soon as possible.
